Timber

Yesterday I sat down and listened to Timber  by Coldcut/Hextatic for the first time in maybe a couple of years. I nearly cried.

Smile around the face.

So yesterday I stumbled across a bunch of DJ mixes that Four Tet/Kieran Hebden has done for a couple of websites and they are beyond incredible. The variety of genres and artists that he displays on a single mix is staggering. I strongly suggest that people check this out no matter what your into.

Computer Love

For the past few years I have been getting by using a very very old laptop and about a month ago it completely packed in so this gave me a perfect excuse to get a new one and I am now the proud owner of a MacBook Pro. The reason I am so excited about this (aside from the joys of Photo Booth) is the fact that I now have Logic which means I can start making music again. I have been waiting for almost 3 years to get my hands on a copy of Logic and finally I have it so, as you can imagine, I am in seventh heaven.

Music is being made as we speak and hopefully I'll have some tracks completely finished and posted within the next couple of weeks.
